Das Executive Board des IRV, bestehend aus dem Präsidenten und vier Vizepräsidenten bildet die strategische Ebene des IRV. Alle ehrenamtlichen Mitglieder des Executive Board werden durch die Mitgliedsverbände bei der Generalversammlung für 4 Jahre gewählt.
Henning was born in 1987 in Hamburg, Germany. He started his wheel gymnastics career in a club near Hamburg, took part at various national championships in Germany and was part of the german delegation at the juniors world championships 2005 in Belgium.
Between 2009 and 2015 he coordinated all press and media affairs of the IRV. In 2015 he was elected as follower of Paul Sieler as president of the IRV.
Directs the International Technical Committee Gym Wheel
Günter was born in 1963 in Würzburg, Germany. At the age of six he joined the local wheel gymnastics club of his hometown Rimpar and between 1969 and 1993 he competed in many national championships in Germany. Besides his activities as a gymnast he was also a coach, clubmanager and deputy manager of the Bavarian Wheel Gymnastics Federation. For many years he was a member of the German Wheel Gymnastics Show Group and even travelled the world as an artist in a Holiday on Ice Show.
He was asked to work for the IRV in 1995 and since then has been responsible for all its international competitions. He was elected Vice-President in 2005.

The IRV has two Technical Committee for both disciplines. Die ehrenamtlichen Mitglieder der Technischen Komitees sind verantwortlich für die Organisation, Koordination und Durchführung von Wettkämpfen und Lehrgängen. Die Weiterentwicklung der Wertungsbestimmungen fällt ebenfalls in der Aufgabenbereich der TKs.
Jasmin has started her Gym Wheel career in 1991 in a club in Zürich (Switzerland). After several national and international championships (WC 97, 99, 01, 03, 05 and TWC 02, 04) she decided to retire from active participation in competitions in 2007. Since then she is a dedicated coach in her club and also for the Swiss national team. She has been part of the organizing body of competitions in Switzerland, both for local and national championships, as well as two world championships.
Since 2001 she is a member of RHÖNRADswiss, the national body for Gym Wheel in Switzerland. In 2013 Jasmin has joined the technical commitee of the IRV.
Die beiden Bereiche "International Development" und "Communications & Marketing" bilden die Basis der Verbandsarbeit. Sie sollen den Aufbau von Strukturen in den Ländern durch geeignete Maßnahmen und Förderprojekte unterstützen und die Verbandsarbeit nach Außen darstellen.
Gerlind is a professional journalist with an international background. She specialises in TV journalism and also works as a camera woman. Wheel gymnastics is her favourite sport. Being a late starter in wheel gymnastics, her biggest success was second place in the Berlin Championships.
Gerlind lives and works in Berlin, but travels extensively, mainly to West African countries. She was part of the media delegation at the 2011 and 2015 World Championships, has worked as a coach at several international training camps and helped to organise the Team World Cup 2014 in Berlin. In 2015 Gerlind took office as IRV Head of Communications and Marketing.
